The DeskNode Integration API is a server-to-server JSON API for software vendors and teams building ERP, SocialSuite, CRM, commerce, support or internal applications. These platforms connect through the same versioned interface, not a separate API for each vendor.
The current API supports scoped client lookup, complaint tickets and conversation history, external sales intake, read-only comparison with client sales vouchers, app-scoped polling events, and deterministic workflow evaluations for commerce follow-up, stock replenishment and advertising what-if simulation.
Workflow endpoints are arithmetic evaluations of a snapshot the caller supplies, not AI agents and not live actions. An owner or administrator creates the app and issues the permissions it needs, and keys expire and must be rotated.

Each external application must implement its own connector. This API does not send messages, create checkouts, post accounting vouchers, manage stock, raise purchase orders, change advertising budgets or file GST returns.
Yes. Any platform with a server-side HTTP client can implement the documented DeskNode API. Its developer configures an app key and maps client and external record IDs. This does not mean a vendor-specific connector is already installed.
